Liaison Officers
The Australian Technical College - Gladstone Region employs a Student Liaison Officer and an Industry Liaison Officer to offer support from the time first contact is made through to completion of the Australian School-based Apprenticeship.
Our liaison officers find the right person for your business, monitor and inform you of their progress and make regular contact with you and your apprentice to ensure your Australian School-based Apprenticeship agreement is successful and rewarding.
Furthermore, staff from the Australian Technical College - Gladstone Region also:
- Organise personal protective equipment for your Australian School-based Apprentice;
- Deliver business and information technology training to prepare your apprentice for life beyond school;
- Provide mediation or dispute resolution services if required.
- Contact an Australian Apprenticeship Centre (link here to contact details of apprenticeship centres) which organises your contract, the employer incentive payments and notifies the Registered Training Organisation, who then generates a training plan, listing the competencies/subjects to be achieved.
